PRICES  &  INFORMATION  in  DUBROVNIK  Apartments  Bajo
* The use of 2 A/C (air condition) units in Apartment 1D bedrooms is extra charged 6 € per unit/ per day.
PAYMENT: While making a reservation for your accommodation and after we make a deal, please be prepared to pay a deposit (as a confirmation of your reservation) 15% - 20 % of the total bill amount to our bank account (detailed information by e-mail) or by Western Union or you can  transfer  a deposit on our home address by telegraph post money order.. You can also send that amount by post mail on our home address in cash or as the bank certified cheque  but only in the value-insured envelope (secure, recommended letter). Please be sure to have a receipt from your post office because we can not accept the resposibility in the case of lost.  Some payment options offer more protection than others, so be sure to select the correct method of payment that makes you feel comfortable. Please inform yourself about the conditions in the post or bank offices to determine the cheapest or best way. 
The 80% - 85% balance will be payed upon your arrival in the apartment. Payments are accepted only in cash.
Apartments are available  after  14:00  on the arrival day unless we agree differently  (if they were free previous night) and must be left  until  10:00 on the departure day.
Apartment rental fee covers: bed linnen, electricity, water, towels, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils and cleaning accessories, final cleaning, parking place behind the house, grill and private beach (beach towels, deck-chairs and parasols can be rented).
Services offered: Transfers or sightseeing with our motor boat , transfer by car (Airport), laundry, broadband Internet and computer
Regular prices may be increased if your stay is 3 days or shorter.
If  you can avoid high season (VII. and VIII.)  the prices are  20% cheaper in  VI. and IX.   or  30-40% cheaper in other months.
