If you are searching a quiet attractive holiday destination in private accommodation in Dubrovnik, near the sea, with top private solitary rock beach (with shower, parasols and beach-chairs), if you want to enjoy beautiful nature, and still be close to Dubrovnik, then we invite you to stay with us. We are located in the small village Vrbica, about 5 km (3 miles) north-west from the centre of Dubrovnik (5-10 minutes by car) - over bridge, and 25 km from Airport Dubrovnik.
Studio *** apartments 1A (a separate building for 2 - 3 persons) and 1B ( 2 pers.) + 1C (2 - 3 persons; air condition), suitable for friends, couples or 4 - 5 members family, are located on the ground floor (24-26 m2 large) each with its own separate entrances, fully furnished, TV/Satellite, cooled by ceiling paddle fan and provided with a shower/WC, kitchenette with coffee machine, cleaning and cooking accessories. In front of each apartment there's terrace (with garden furniture) that offers picturesque view of the sea and nearby Elaphite Islands.
Apartment 1D **** (60 m2) on the first floor (for 2 - 4 persons) consists of fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, 1 double-bed room, 1 living room/double-bed room (air condition, TV/Satellite) in front of which is 20 m2 large balcony with outdoor furniture and unique sea view. The apartment could be rented with or without using air condition.
Our guests are free to use a large private parking behind the house and the garden barbecue. We can also offer you our home-made products: red vine, brandy and extra virgin olive oil, and services as: speedy motor boat rental (skipper is one of owners) or transfers to islands, airport pick up, laundry, high speed Internet access using our PC or WLAN with your laptop.
In Zaton bay there are several public pebble beaches and the nearest is only 150 m (500 ft) from us.
